Domestic shipping:
Shipping is free of charge to any city in Russia by Russian Post first class with insurance.
Free courier delivery is available for Moscow within MKAD. In order to select courier delivery, leave a comment in the "Order comment" field in a check-out form with desired time and date.
International shipping:
Shipments to EU, USA, Ukraine are temporarily suspended! Please contact us for information on options available through the feedback form.
Shipping cost is flat for all countries - 2600 RUR (~35$), and free delivery for orders over 35,500 RUR (475$).
We use EMS service with tracking and insurance.
Import duties and taxes are in buyer's responsibility.
General provision:
The delivery term depends on the address and region of delivery, as well as the work of the shipping services, and does not directly depend on the seller.
All jewellery pieces are packed in branded boxes and wrapped in protective layer.
Return
Policy and procedure
The return of the goods is carried out within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order by the buyer, provided that the product has not lost its original appearance, the packaging is preserved and the buyer contacted the seller through the feedback form in the "Contacts" section of the menu https://bonvintage.co/contact. The refund will be issued to the buyer within 10 days after the receipt of the goods by the seller.
